Shipping
Items are usually shipped within 2 business days, and arrive within 10 business days. Product should be inspected immediately for shipping damage, and all packing material should be saved in the event of a return.

Returns
Bidets and Toilet returns must be approved before being sent. 704-226-1443 All bidets and toilets are returnable within 30 days (before installation). After installation, bidets and toilets are non-refundable due to personal hygiene concerns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Never send any item back without prior authorization or you WILL NOT be credited for the return. Due to manufacturer's policies, some merchandise may not be returnable for any reason.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are paid by the customer for merchandise being returned to Genius Goods Inc. for any reason. Again, shipping charges for returns must be paid by the customer and not by Genius Goods Inc. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery.

Returns Date - 30 Days
All return must be completed within 30 days from the order date and no later.

Warranties
Warranty is for 30 days after receipt of item coverning parts and manufacture only. Installation voids warranty.

No returns will be accepted and no refunds given if the customer cannot install this unit, either themselves or through a plumbing professional.
